They flaunted their incredible bond and highlighted their challenges during their weight loss journeys. TLC has returned with the new season to feature the new lives of the four best friends.
Recently, Vannessa shared the first teaser of the upcoming season. In it, Meghan admitted that she had been meeting Ashley for a while without Vannessa. Ashley visited Meghan’s home to discuss how they would face Vannessa’s questions. She reminded Crumpler that Cross wouldn’t let it go and be cool with it. They were afraid of her reaction.
Later, Cross decided to confront her best friends in a different scene. She was seen asking Meghan and Ashley about what went wrong between them. She couldn’t understand what she had done that her friends had started excluding her from the hangouts. The 1000 Lb Best Friends star asked, “What did I do that what I want to know.” Meghan tried to boast about the things she had done for her.
She told her that she wouldn’t even reach her goals without her encouragement. Vannessa lost her cool and left the conversation after her bestie’s remarks. She confessed, “My best friend of over 30 years exiled me for losing weight.” Moreover, she was clueless about what went wrong with her friends.

1000 Lb Best Friends star Vannessa Cross has been friends with Meghan and Ashley for over 30 years. She couldn’t understand that her friends left her because of her weight loss results. The TLC star later went to a plastic surgeon to check her weight loss progress. She told him that she wanted to get rid of the excess skin. She revealed that her main issue was the excess skin that she had been carrying around.
The TLC star noted that she got an appointment with another plastic surgeon to remove the extra skin. As per ET, Vannessa also shared that two doctors have directly refused to perform the procedure. Moreover, she wasn’t sure if she could handle another “no” from her doctor.
Fans were happy to see that Vannessa was putting effort into the surgery. Further, they encouraged her to keep going despite the results.
