The deck boss of the vessel Northwestern, 43, has amassed a net worth of $1.8 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

A majority of Jake’s wealth comes from his time on Deadliest Catch. He has featured in all seasons of the Discovery Channel show season 3 in since 2007. Anderson’s debut came in episode 7, titled New Beginnings, as Captain Sig Hansen’s greenhorn aboard Northwestern. At the time, he was determined to prove himself as a valuable member.

In 2012, he was promoted to deck boss and went on to obtain his USCG Mat 1600-ton fishing license, along with a Master 100-ton fishing license.

Outside of fishing, he is an avid skateboarder and scored a sponsorship with American footwear and clothing company DVS Shoes. Jake created a signature skateboard shoe with the company.

Anderson has captained F/V Saga since 2015, meaning his salary has likely increased since his early Deadliest Catch days.

According to Screener TV, as reported by Heavy, Jake and Jenna first met at a festival in Seattle. He was reportedly on shipyard duty when the festival was ongoing. Jenna was among the people who approached him for an autograph, which he signed: “You’re beautiful,” and the rest is history.

The pair celebrated their 11th anniversary in May 2023.

Yes, Jake Anderson is still a firm member of the fishing crew. His Instagram bio states he is “captain on Deadliest Catch”. He regularly updates fans with his crab-fishing antics, confirming he is still on the show.
