90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star Chidi is revealing some shocking truths about his “fiancé” Rayne, which led to him sleeping separately. Chidi from Nigeria is a 33-year-old man who has been with Rayne from New Mexico for five years. Rayne had sent Chidi a friend request without knowing he was blind. He didn’t tell her about it either, but Rayne found out when Chidi didn’t react to her naughty pictures. Rayne liked that Chidi had fallen for her words and not her face. They stayed together for five years before Rayne went to Lagos to meet him.
Chidi reacted to a video shared by the 90 Day Fiancé Instagram page that showed Chidi letting Rayne know they were not going to sleep in the same room.
Chidi reposted the clip on Instagram (via Sunbearemii) along with a message for viewers about Rayne that he later deleted.
Chidi mentioned how silence can be golden but at times can also be “morbidly dangerous.” He explained that the primary issue in their storyline was him not telling Rayne that he didn’t want to have sex until they married. Chidi wanted to clarify that he had “informed Rayne about this before she came to Nigeria.” As per Chidi, Rayne reacted to the news with “overwhelming anger” and threatened to cancel her visit before she changed her mind.

Chidi revealed it wasn’t just his faith that led to him making the “difficult decision” of not sleeping together. He was “deeply concerned by some of the unsettling alien and mystic things” Rayne had mentioned during some of their online chats. On one such occasion, Rayne had asked Chidi if he would be “ready to be sacrificed” if they were in the same room while “vampires and cannibals would gather for their feast.” Rayne had also scared Chidi by telling him she could communicate with the dead and even told him she had “seen and talked” to his late father.

Chidi recalled Rayne telling him she had a “force” that entered any man who would sleep with her. Chidi admitted that while he “loved” Rayne and wanted to share a room with her while not having sex, he decided to sleep separately just as a “precaution” so he could observe and determine if Rayne’s “frightening tales” were genuine or just bluffs. Chidi was doing things for his safety but also added that he had “communicated all of this” before her arrival. Apart from Chidi mentioning he “loved” Rayne in the past tense, she has also suggested they’d split.
Rayne spoke about having moved forward without Chidi and implied that his family was the reason behind their relationship ending. She prayed to God to heal her pain, even though Rayne wanted Chidi to be as “woke” as her in the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days premiere. Chidi and Rayne seem to have been hiding things from the camera when they filmed the show and now want fans to see the truth about their storyline even before the season has fully commenced. It now remains to be seen what eventually leads to Chidi splitting up with Rayne.
