According to the 90 Day Fiance audience, Rob Warne might just be the personification of a red flag. Everything is a red flag, from his attraction to just ‘physical beauty’ to his cringe-worthy airport proposal. Fans really don’t understand why Sophie still wants to be with him, even after he mistreats her.
Rob might have even cheated on her at one point. But that’s a whole different can of worms. A new addition to Rob’s list of ‘wrongdoings’ might be his upbringing. A co-star claims Ron isn’t as poor as he shows the world. In fact, he might be from a well-off family.
90 Day Fiance: Rob Warne May Have An Affluent Background
As participants in the show, we got to know the backgrounds of both Rob and Sophie. She is from a relatively richer family in London, which Rob comments about constantly. At the same time, the latter himself lives a ‘poorer’ life. Rob lives in an apartment village in LA, California.
His apartment doesn’t even have a bathroom. So, Sophie had to use the communal bathroom when she came to live with him. However, now a 90 Day Fiance co-star has claimed Rob is hiding his background from the world. He is not as poor as he shows everyone. Rob and Sophie’s castmate, Statler Riley, has claimed Rob might have had a rich upbringing.
Another Internet page, SHABOOTY, had noticed the same thing about Rob, and Riley is exposing him further. Riley took a “deep dive” into the star’s upbringing, saying he grew up in one of America’s “top 3 richest cities”. She further expounded, saying his family members earn good wages from their jobs. Riley also added a photo of Rob’s mother saying she would “100% never let her son live on the streets.”
The co-star didn’t stop there. She added more family details to explain Rob’s money-heavy background. Riley also revealed Rob had an uncle who was a co-director at John Hopkins University. She said that Rob grew up in Overland Park, KS. So it’s doubtful he ever suffered due to lack of money.
Rob has, time and again, called Sophie a rich brat. He has also commented about her being spoilt due to “family money.” So, this revelation shocked a lot of people. But many 90 Day Fiance fans are more focused on Rob’s hypocrisy.
90 Day Fiance: Rob & Sophie’s Destructive Relationship
Everyone and their mom know Rob and Sophie are not good for each other. They met on the internet when Sophie was surfing Instagram. Both of them liked each other and chatted, and then their ‘romance’ began. Rob expressed interest in Sophie’s looks when they first appeared on the show.
As the show went on, the 90 Day Fiance fans really felt these two were bad for each other. Rob constantly made comments about Sophie’s rich background. He even got mad at her when they were stuck in the elevator after Rob’s cringe proposal.
And Rob’s living situation and the lack of future plans were the cherry on top. Then, he went ahead and even, supposedly, cheated on Sophie!
