90 Day Fiance’s Bilal and Shaeeda ‘stay hopeful’ after they lose second baby to miscarriage
90 Day Fiance couple, Bilal and Shaeeda, are “staying hopeful” after losing a second baby following a miscarriage. They revealed the news on their YouTube channel, having had time to “grieve and heal” the process.
Bilal, who shares two children with his ex-wife, Shahidah Salaam, is now trying for a baby with 90 Day Fiance co-star, Shaeeda. The TLC star was, at first, hesitant to start trying for a baby with Shaeeda.
Bilal and Shaeeda tragically lose second baby
Bilal and Shaeeda have revealed they lost their second baby as they told fans they suffered a miscarriage. Although it appears as though Bilal didn’t want kids on 90 Day, he says it was a “false narrative” and that they both want kids.
They recorded the moment they received a positive pregnancy test, but later filmed themselves heading to the emergency room after Shaeeda discovered she was spotting and found it uncomfortable to sleep.
She felt “so embarrassed” after finding out about the possible miscarriage. Shaeeda had an ultrasound to see if her HCG levels had dropped, which drastically had, and found out she had sadly miscarried the next day.

Shaeeda claims that the pregnancy loss is “just a moment” and that they are “staying hopeful” about having children in the future. She “has to keep that faith as a Muslim,” she told cameras.
They thank fans for their continued prayers following a previous tragedy last year. Shaeeda and Bilal shared news of their first miscarriage in February 2023 and revealed their second this week.
She gave Bilal an ultimatum on the TV show
After Bilal and Shaeeda tied the knot, she gave him an ultimatum as he was unsure about having children so soon after getting married. She told him he’s the “best husband” and her “favorite person”, though.
He asked, “Why do I feel like I’m about to get dumped?” Shaeeda confessed that wanting to have children could destroy her marriage, asking him to give her something to work with.
Bilal felt she was only focusing on what she wants, but gave him a year to give him an answer on whether he wants kids. He said, “I do everything for you. Let me ask you, what have you done for me?”
