The reality TV star has previously shared childhood snaps of himself on his Instagram page, but a photo of him in his heyday catches fans’ attention as many call him “quite the looker.”
Gino’s young pic sees him capless, and shirtless as he smiles at the camera with an impressive tan and muscular physique.

As if Gino’s throwback photo wasn’t enough of a shock to the system for fans, he then reveals he once “almost joined the Mr Michigan pageant.”
The 54-year-old has fans in disbelief at his looks in his younger years. One person takes to X (Twitter) to write: “I think the biggest surprise of this episode so far is Gino saying he almost joined the Mr. Michigan pageant back in the day.”
