1000-Lb. Sisters’ Tammy Slaton Shares Dancing Video After Celebrating 500-Lb. Weight Loss: ‘Anything Is Possible’

Tammy Slaton can’t help but dance after all her accomplishments in her weight loss journey.

On August 20, the 1000-Lb. Sisters star, 38, posted a TikTok video dancing to Dylan Scott’s “Livin’ My Best Life,” sharing a motivational message after losing 500 lbs.

“I know I can’t dance. I’m just up here having fun trying to make everybody smile and pass it around and spread the word that anything is possible,” she captioned the clip. “You’re strong. You’re beautiful. You are love. You are enough. Never forget that.”

Fans of the reality star flocked to the comments praising her for her continued progress in her weight loss journey.

“You look amazing!!! Your courage and determination are exemplary ❤️,” one user wrote while another person added, “Keep up the good work you’re looking fantastic ♥️♥️”

One follower wrote, “Amazing Tammy💪💪👏👏 u r an inspiration to others! Once u get the skin surgery your gonna feel great! Keep dancing honey.”

Earlier this week, Slaton reposted a video from content creator Katlyn Foster, which shows a group of seven friends and how much each of them have lost. Each woman showed off their physical transformation as the video is paired with Andra Day’s hit song “Rise Up.”

In the clip, Slaton walks into the frame revealing that she’s lost 500 lbs. The women then hold hands and raise them in the air as the clip reads, “In total we have lost 2,078 lbs.! Weight loss warriors.”

After Slaton reposted the video, she added a sweet message about reaching the milestone with her friends.

“Truly absolutely amazing ladies and I’m happy to call y’all all my friends,” she wrote. “I’m so proud of each and every one of y’all. Not only are you beautiful on the inside but you’re gorgeous on the outside. Never forget.”
