Amy Slaton bit by camel

Amy Slaton is really going through it. On Monday, Sept. 2, the star was supposedly bitten by a camel while visiting the Tenessee Zoo. However, the zoo claims that this didn’t happen at all and instead, Amy cut her arm open on something while visiting.

“We dispute that Amy was bitten by a camel because there is no bruising,” the zoo originally said. “She cut her arm on something, it’s not consistent with an animal bite. Her boyfriend or the man she was with was acting crazy, screaming and yelling and all kinds of stuff. He got mad that the police came out there because he just wanted the ambulance to come.”

Now though, Amy’s attorney has seemingly confirmed that this is indeed what happened US Weekly reports.

“She was bitten by a camel at the zoo,” the attorney states.

So, it seems despite the zoo’s claim that this is not, in fact, the case, it is the story that Amy and her legal team are sticking to right now.

What happened with the 1000-Lb Sisters star?

Amy Slaton was arrested earlier this week after supposedly being bit by a camel at the Tenessee Zoo. However, after responding to the call, the police noticed a smell coming out of her car that would suggest she was using drugs around her two young children. She was arrested alongside Brian Scott Lovvorn who she has since been seen committing PDA with.

“Deputies were requested to respond to Safari Park where a guest allegedly was bitten by a camel. Upon arrival, deputies were immediately overtaken by suspicious odors coming from the guest’s vehicle,” they say. “Amy Slaton Halterman, 1,000-Lb. Sisters reality TV star, was arrested on illegal possession of Schedule I, illegal possession of Schedule VI, and two counts of child endangerment. Brian Scott Lovvorn was in the vehicle as well and is facing the same charges. Both subjects have been booked into the Crockett County Jail.”

Following her arrest, Amy and her ex-husband Michael Halterman will be going under investigation for the care of their children. Now there is a plan “involving the parents and there is still ongoing investigation as to where the kids will be placed.”
