Tammy Slaton Shares Exciting News With Fans

The TLC star took to Instagram to share some exciting news with her followers on Saturday. Tammy Slaton shared a post that introduced her as a corporate ambassador for Pop & Bariatrics to Plastics. Pop Recovery Systems was tagged in the post.

In the caption, Tammy wrote, “I’m thrilled to announce that I’m joining forces with @poprecoverysystems to help others transform their lives just like I did! 1000-Lb. Sisters Star Has Dropped More Than Half Her Weight

When fans first met Tammy Slaton, she was apathetic and wasn’t really trying to improve her life. In fact, viewers often saw her doing everything she shouldn’t be (drinking, eating junk food, etc). She was also quick to be angry and start fights with her sister, Amy Slaton.

At one point, fans were calling for the TLC show to be taken off the air because it seemed like it was only enabling Tammy. After she contracted COVID-19 and had a close call with death, she got more serious about her weight loss and completely turned her life around.

Recently, Tammy Slaton shared a video on TikTok that revealed her jaw-dropping weight loss transformation. The 1000-Lb. Sisters star was joined in the video by several other women who have achieved amazing weight loss.

In the clip, Tammy informed her followers that she has officially lost 500 pounds. At her heaviest, she weighed 725 lbs. So, that means she’s hovering around 225 pounds now. She has been committed and focused on living her best life and being the healthiest she can possibly be.
