Amy does have healthy habits after an astounding weight-loss journey, and spending time at a local park is one of them. Some people might have an “Empire State of Mind,” but Amy’s all about Kentucky vibes.
Quiet time in nature is therapeutic. Anyone who feels stressed should lie in the grass and look at the sky. People relax around grass and trees. Just “being” in gorgeous outdoor settings is something that people don’t always prioritize, but they should.

From losing enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery to dealing with the pain of divorce and the rigors of single motherhood, she does not give up. Life isn’t supposed to be easy all the time. It’s a process of evolution. People are shaped by their toughest experiences. Who they are when they emerge from difficult situations defines them.
